The Examination of Thomas Greames taken before mee the xiiith day of ffebruary 1641 By direction of the right honnorable the Lordes Justices & Councell.
<T> Who beeing sworne & Examined, saith, that hee this Examinant was present att the Naas that night, when the English were rifled by the Garrison Souldiers & others, & hee there saw Peeter Higgins now in restraint, heere, And the said Higgin was att the same tyme very buisie, encourageing the said Souldiers & Pillagers, who in the veiw of him this Examinant, clapped some of the said Robbers on the Shoulders, wishing them to proceede valientlie, for the cause was for theire ffaith or Religion.
