The Examination of John Longe Priest taken before us the 28th of October 164{1}
<N> The examinate saith that upon twesday last he heard Edmund Relly priest say that one Charles Kenshelagh a Taylor ha{d} reported into him that he had bin with my Lord Magwire the day he was apprehended and tould him that the said Lord Magwir{e} might have bin escaped if he had bin convey put into womans apparell and convey{ed} <O> by the way of Colmans brooke and that the said Charles had tould him the said Relly that he would have endeavoured if my Lord Magwire had not bin appr{e}hended when he was to have convey{ed} him away by that meanes
