1 the covenant, have they coppy of it; who sent it, by whom & to whom;
2 who signed it, whether lo: Esmond signed it; or vnderwood;
or what the [effect]
3 what prouisions in the fort &c powder &c
4 whether any oath taken, other then subscribing
5 whether any Chaplen & who; read divine service in the
forte during the seege, & ther after;
6 whether what store of provisions in the forte at rendring;
7 what store of men in the forte lost during the seege
8 who gave vnderwood direccion or Instruccions to [treus]
parlye for quarter, whether lo: Esm: acquainted with the article for
agreement made.
9 did vnderwood demand the saving of the ordinance
or any of them
10 whether did Capten Smith or any other write to the
lo: Esmond or any other in the forte any lettre to signifying
that they were not to expect relief, & advising them to
agree with their adversaries
