The Examination of christopher Tyllinge taken by me the day aforesaid by vertue of the aforesaid order
<A> He saithe that he was present the fourthe day of Januar{y} last paste when mathew Tillinge did offer to goe with Rober{t} Worrell before the right honorable the Earle of ormond & that he might charge the said Mathew with what he could befor his Lordship and that the said Robert Worrell did therevpon sa{y} that the Earle of ormond was not the man which the people tooke him to be for that he kept a company of trouper{s} which were all rebells And that he went in company with the said Mathew Tillinge when he was caryd before m{r} maior & hearde him relate the said wordes to mr maior But he saithe that he did not heare the said Robert worrell speake any wordes of the lorde chauncellor or lorde cheefe Baron
