William Leih of Castle Cumber in the County of Kilkenny Breeklayer depose th that he was Robbed of goodes worth at least 20 li., And at Athy they greevously wounded him in the head & Arme brake the twoe first fingers of his right hand & soe bruised him in his bodie that he hath bin sick theis 11 weekes & not likely to recouer, And if he doe, he is vtterly disabled in his trade, Hee likewise testifieth Richard Butler & Tho: Butler both of Castle Cumber to be Rebells
