<o> Raphaell Swynefield being duely sworne and examjned deposeth & sayth, That some three Monethes agoe (or thereabouts) one Thomas Bennett of [ Ivarall ] in England tould thexamjnant in Dublin that hee the said Bennett had formerly received some money from Richard Swynefield the deponents brother, and sayth that the said <p> Tho: Bennett then tould thexamjnant that hee would send one Thomas Phillipps for the remaine of the money promised him the said Bennett by thexaminants said brother and desired the deponent to tell his brother as much,
