<q> Anne Swynefielde (wife vnto Richard Swinefielde) being duely sworne & examjned, deposeth & sayth, That at three severall times the examjnants Husband did lend vnto one Thomas Bennett the some of Twenty Pounds which some is yett vnpayd by the said Bennett for ought knowne to thexamjant, shee sayth <r> that when the said Bennett was left goeing for England hee tould thexamjnant that hee the said Bennett was not able to pay the twenty pounds aforesaid butt that hee would leave some fish with thexamjnants said Husband for his satisfaction security And sayth
