The examinacion of Nicholas Bretnor of Ockeram in the Cownty of Wicklowe Shomaker taken before me the 27o November
Whoe beinge duely sworne & examined sayth that about some 3 <R> wicks & 4 dayes past one Luke Birne was in his howse & in his Company one Branne Birne & diuers others whose names he knoweth not & there staide drinkinge the matter of 32 howres & aboue & paide for theire drinke & parted with 4 in his Company & aboute a wicke after this examinant was Robbed by the saide Luke Birne of 18 [ ] li. in goods & [ ] doth suspect & verily beleeue that Bran Birne aforsaide was one of the Company by reason he was in his howse & one of Luke Birnes Company the first tyme he came there
