Robert Church seruant vnto the foresaid Richard Barry beeing duely sworne deposeth in the behalfe of his said Master, that hee the said Richard Barry lost and was dispoyled of by reason of the foresaid rebellion by fire and otherwise in theise particulers followeinge (vizt)
