The 18th of December 1652
Richard Reymond of Chappell Izod in the County of Dublin husbandman did this day acknowledge himselfe before us to bee indebted unto the keepers of the liberties of the Comonwealth of England by the authority of Parliament in the full summe of twenty pounds ster to bee levyed of his goods creditts and Chattells
The condition of the aboue obligation is such that if the aboue bounden Richard Reymond shall appeare and attend at the next Cessions to bee held for the County of Dublin to & shall giue evidence against John Talbott accused for the murder of Owen Hely late miller of Chappel Izod and not departe the said Cessions without licence, that then this obligation to bee void
taken and acknowledged
before us the day and
yeare aboue written
