Thexamynation of Any Birne of Lougsallo u { gh } in the Conty of wicklo e widow taken before vs the afforsayd Justisses the day & year afforsayd
The sayd examinant beinge duly sworne & examyned saith <A> That shee was neer to the place where the afforsayd Dulin Birne was killd, That shee was not present in the house affor e sayd when any quarell was betwxt him that was kild & the Phelem Birne, but shee sayth shee sawe the sayd Dulin fale downe & shee sawe the wownd in or vnder the left brest of the said Du lin & that shee sawe the skean in the hand of Phelim birne with which the said Dulin was kild but she Canot sweare that shee sawe the stroke stroke & she further sayth that the sayd Phelim presently Ran away in to the wood that was hard bye neer vnto the sa y d place whear the sayd Dulin was kild, the which slaughter was Comitted at Ballynekeyell betwixt halantyde & Christmiss 1652 & further sayth not
