George Murphy beinge sworne & examined in open Court
Saieth that it was sayd that John Taylor was murdered <A> by Hugh Connor & saieth that he knoweth of his owne knowledg that the said John Taylor was noe Soldier

Mary Cullen beinge sworne & examined in open Court
sayeth that her Master Roberte Welldon sent John Taylor with the Carrmen for Corne about 800 of the Clocke <B> & before twelve he was wounded of which he died killd, beinge noe soldier & that she heard that Hugh mc David had kill’d the said John, as the said John allwayes sayd after his woundinge, that he had 9 wounds & that the said John was noe Soldier.
