The Examinacion of Marcus Power of Bannow yeoman, aged thirty yeares or thereabouts taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concering the within said Robert Busher of Ballechonicke gent
The Examinant Deposeth that he well knowthe the said Robert to haue dwelt at Ballechonicke in the Irish quarters, in the first yeare of the Rebellyon, & that he did not thence Remooue into the english quarters As mr Nicholas Row & other protestants did, His cause of knowledge is for that the deponent dwelt in one barrony with the said Robert during <y> the late Rebellyon: And the deponent further saith that the deponent did see the said Robert at the fight of Ballibegg neere Rosse Armed with a sword & pike, in the Company & under the Comand of one Major Dauid Synnott which was about the 17th of March 1642: where & when the said Major Synnots Company with others of the Irish forces engaged & fought with & killed many of the english vnder the Lord of Ormondes Comand, & further Cannot depose &c
