James Peirce of Ballell gent aged forty yeares or thereabouts, being sworne & examined Concerning the foresaid Patricke Synnot, deposeth that he hath seen the said Patricke in Actuall Armes acting and <r> abetting the rebellyon, as a priuate gent & Joyning with the Irish that beseiged Duncannon forte about ffebr 1641: & further deposeth that he did see the said Patr Armed with a sword and a pike siding with the Irish against the english at the fight of Ballibegg neere Rosse about ffebr or March 1642: where many of the english were killed, & further Cannot depose &c
