William Stafford of Tamon gentleman aged thirty nyne yeares or thereabouts, Deposeth concerning the said Eneas Keinsly that the said Eneas was a member of the County Councell in the precinckt of wexford the first yeare of the warre, and was frequently with that councell & did act with them by signing warrants for raysing monyes for maintenance of the forces of the County <n> then in Armes to which Councell this Examinant was Clearke at that time, The deponent: further saith, that the said Eneas was seauerall yeares a Commissioner of the Armie in behalfe of the Irish His cause of knowledge is for that the said Examinant was Joyned in Comission with the said Eneas in that Imployment, wherein they with ot hers Joyntly acted: and further saith not &c
