Danyell Doyle of Knockliduffe gentleman aged sixty yeares or thereabouts deposeth Concerning the said Thomas Codd That the said Thomas was a member of the County Councell <z> in the first yeare of the rebellyon, & Joyned with the others of that Councell in issueing warrants for raysing of men for the [ ] making of a trayne band companyes & Leuying monyes Amunicion and prouisions for their maintenance of which Councell this deponent was a member, at that time & hath seen & knowne the said Thomas to sitt & act with the said councell in manner aforesaid: And further saith not &c
