William Talbott of Wexford yeoman aged fortie nyne yeares or thereabouts Deposeth concerning the said Jesper Connor That about the yeare 1645 or 1646: the Examinant did see the said Jesper frequently in the Company of Hugh mc Phelim Byrne of the County of Wickloe in Armes, riding about the Countrey with the said Hugh and other persons vnder his Comand at which time the said Hugh mc Phelim was in possession of the estate of prospect bellonging to Edward Chichester esquire to which howse this Deponent did sometimes goe where he <z> did see the said Jesper with the said Hugh and in other places of the countrey and further saith not
