Danyell Doyle of Knockbiduffe gentleman Deposeth Concerning the said Dudley Colclough of Moynart esquire That the said Dudly was elected by Nicholas Stafford then gournor of the County of Wexford, in the beginning of the rebellyon Out of the barrony of Scarewailsh to be a member of the County Councell in behal for manadgement of the affaires in behalfe of the english interest In which Capacity the said Dudly did act and contributed his person & attendance in that Councell, & Joyned with the rest of that Councell in issueing warrants for raysing monyes Amunicion & prouisions for pay & maintenance of the County forces then raysed and formed, vnder the Comand of seaverall officers, which forces or some of them were soone after they were soe raysed, beseiging Duncannon forte & Tinterne as this deponent credibly heard by generall relacion and <x> The Deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent was a member of the said County Councell in the said first yeare & did sit & act with the said Dudly & the rest of that Councell in issueing warrants as to the end & vse aforesaid, & regulating other affaires relating to the warre, & further saith not.
