William Stafford of Tamon gentleman aged thirtie nyne yeares or thereaboutes Deposeth concerning the said Edmond Synot that the said Edmond was a member of the County Councell in wexford precinckt in the first yeare of the warre and before the 10th of Nouember 1642: and did frequently <J> sitt and act with that Councell and did consent to their actings by signing warrants for raysing monyes for maintenance of the forces that were then in Armes against the english, To which Councell the examinant was Clearke at that time and did see the said Edmond sitting & acting with that Councell in manner aforesaid and further saith not &c
