William Stafford of Tamon gentleman aged thirty nyne yeares or thereaboutes Deposeth concerning the said Danyell Doyle of Knockliduffe gent That the said Danyell was a member of the County Councell in the precinckt of Wexford the first yeare of the warre and was frequently at th and acting with the said Councell and did signe frequently what warrants came before him at the board for raysing monyes & Regulating other affayres relating to the carrying <I> on the warre and that to which Councell this examinant was Clearke at that time And afterwardes the said Danyell was a Justice of peace, seauerall yeares of the warre His cause of knowledge is for that the Examinant hath seen him on the bench at seauerall assizes and sessions acting in that Capacity and further saith not &c
