Donnogh Murphy of Garans in the barrony of Ballaghkeen aged thirty foure yeares or thereabouts Deposeth Concerning the foresaid Teig Murcho gent deceased That the said Teig did in the first beginning of the Rebellyon rayse a foote Companie of souldyers for the Irish & therewith acted and promoted the said Rebellyon against the english by being in Armes & fighting against the english at the Battle of Kilrush neere Dublin, at which fight he the said Teig Murchoe was slayne <r> The deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent was a souldyer In the said Teigs Company at the time & in the actions aforesaid and further saith not &c
