Danyell Doyle of Knockliduffe gentleman aged sixty yeares or thereabouts Deposeth Concerning the foresaid Patricke Masterson That the said Patricke was in England in the beginning of the rebellyon and about the yeare 1645 the said Patricke came into Ireland into the Countie of <u> wexford then of the Irish quarters where he the said Patr Continued till the Irish partie went to Spaine The Deponents cause of knowledge is for that the said Patricke after his Coming to the County of wexford was sometimes in his this Deponents company & vpon conferrence related to this Deponent that he the said Patr was of the Kings party in England and being weary of that service did betake himselfe into the Irish seruice for which to the deponents <n> sure & certaine knowledge the said Patr raysed a troope of horse & parte thereof in the Barrony of Ballaghkeen <Scarewailsh> where this deponents residence was: But the certaine yeare that the said troope was Raysed or of what
