William Stafford of Tamon gentleman aged thirtie nyne yeares or thereabouts Deposeth concerning the said Hugh รด Bryen that the said Hugh was a Captaine of a Companie of the forces raysed in the County of wexford in the same Regiment of with Leiutenant Colllonell william Browne which forces were then <d> blocking vp Dungannon forte in the first yeare of the warre The Deponents cause of knowledge is for that the said Hugh did in that yeare come to the deponent (who was then Clearke to the County Councell for Debentures, for pay of himselfe and other Companies of that Regiment, and further saith not &c
