The Examinacion of Nickolas Stafford Esquire taken on behalfe of the Comonwealth concerninge the aforesaid Cristopher Turn{er}
<to the 1st interro> this deponent sath that the said Turner liued in the first yeare of the warr and after till the storminge of Waxford in <w> the towne of Waxford where the said Turner was slaine and sath that the said Turner might haue remoued himselfe into the English quarters as the some English of the said towne did at the begining of the said warr

<to the 3 interro> this deponent sath that the said Turner did Contrebute in the taxes of the towne of Waxford in the <x> first yeare of the warr for the maintain maintainance of the Irish forces

<to the 7th interro> this deponent sath that the said Turner did take the oath of association i n the it <y> beinge generally imposed

<to the 9th interro> this deponent sath that the said Turner was a Captain of ffoote foure yeares or <z> thereabouts seccessiuelye before the towne was taken by the Lord Crumwell and was Captain at the in the th towne of Waxford and slaine in the storme thereof
