The examinacion of Anthonye ô Callaghane taken the 24 of November 1652 concerning a Murther comitted att Dromore Castle aboute some Nyne yeares since or there abouts whoe <A> being duly sworne on the holy Evangelist said that hee knoweth that there was a Murther comitted in the saide castle of dromore aforesaid by dong donogh ô Lyone John ô Lyon Dermod mc Reyrie Owen mc Reyrie and Donogh o Regane dermod o Regane donogh ffaddy o Lyone with more in their companye which this deponent knoweth not on the bodies of Thomas Phole I m & one Thomas servante to Thomas Wright & John Hollowwaye hanged by them presently after the Murther comitted in the wood of dromore & Hee saith that there was one More Murthered in the saide castle whose name this deponent knoweth not.
