<2> Torlagh mc Gragh of Ballynaglass in the aforesaide County yeoman beinge duely sworne <A> & examined deposeth and sayth that at the tyme that Coole, was taken he this deponent, was theire and that he knoweth that Richard Condon of Ballydergyn was there, his brother John Condon and Collonell John Condon david mc Maye Condon & others whose names he knoweth not and sayth that most of the people of Coole were murdered and as as he heard it was by the Cheifest of the gentlemen then present of which as he heard the aboue named gentlmen were parte of the Company & ffurther sayth not.
