<2.> Thomas Carrall of Cornyveigh in the County of Corke yeoman taken before me this nynth of October 1652
The sayde Thomas Carrall beinge examined if he did know any thinge Concerneinge the death of John Walker he deposeth and <A> sayth that aboute seaven yearrs since he this deponent beinge Cuttinge of wood in the parke, one John Roe with a Company of ffoote of which Company Morris McRichard was one brought into the wood the sayde John Walker twoe other English and twoe Irish men and thene they murdered the three English men and Comaunded him to bury them, and then they made this deponent take his oath that he should not Carry any more wood to youghall for if he did they would kill him.
