The further examination of Mary Awstin now the wife of Thomas Awstin of Kinsale & late the wife of John Oakely taken at Dublin the 19th day of August now last, the fift day of November 1653 Whoe being sworne & examined saith
That shee hath seene & heard read her former examinacion taken at Cork the xixth of August 1653 which shee <A> saith is in all things true to the best of her knowledg But since the takeing thereof it was discovered & related vnto her by Alice Slabogh the late wife of Richard Slabaghe of Macroome one of the Lord of Muskeries tennants, carried to her That the said John Oakley her late husband when he came to the Lord of Muskery was by his Lordship sent to Colonell or Generall Barry at Ballenrosvardick & there hanged to death: And says that Edmund mc Mulmurry mc Swynney was then servant to the Lord of Muskery
