Rich: Haruy att Kinsale Aged about 44 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined saith that <1> in the beginninge of the Rebellion in 41 that hee Liued within halfe a mile of Kinsale and from thence did Remoue into the Garrison of Kinsale and that hee knew the abouesaid James Mallafant Liuinge att Waters Land as afforesaid and had had opertunity to Remoue into Kinsale as well as the Rest of the Inhabitants <2> but did not & shortly After hee went from thence into the Enemyes Quarters & as this Deponent heard that the said Mallifant had two sonnes
