<Mallow March the 10th 1653> Deposicions of wittnesses taken Concerning Richard Condon of BallymcPatricke in the Barrony of Condon & County of Corke gent in the yeare 1641
Leiutenant Thomas Mansell of Maccollop in the Barrony of Coshmore & Coshbride & County of Corke Aged 41 yeares or thereabouts, being Duly Sworne & Examined Saith
That hee Knew the said Richard Condon to bee in Actuall Armes Against the English in the yeare aforesaid.
This Deponents Cause of Knowledge is that hee saw the said Condon with party of Armed men Consisting of two hundred, & a party of English amongst whom the Deponent was fell vppon them Neere GlunaClugga in the Barrony & County aforesaid, where they Killed Seauenty & Odd of his said Condons party,
