John Henley of Ballikendon in the Barrony of ffermoy Gent Aged about 32 yeares beinge Sworne & Examind Saith that hee knew the afforesaid Cundon Liuinge as aforesaid the same yeare
That hee the said Cundon was in Actuall Armes with the Eneimy in the yeare 41
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee hath often Seine the afforesaid Cundon in Actuall Armes in opposition to the English & farther Saith not
