Walter Trassilian of the Barrony of Coursey in the parish of RingRone Aged about 40 years beinge sworne and Examind Saith that hee Knew the said Roche Liuinge in Kinsale afforesaid in the yeare 41
<1)> That hee Left the garrison of Kinsale & <2> tooke possesion of the house of the afforesaid Bellew when hee was forced to Leaue itt and flie to Kinsale for succour
That sum time after hee Remoued into Kinsale againe
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee was present when the said Roche mett the said Bellew and told him that hee should take possesion of his house for hee Could not keepe [ ] itt against the force of BandonBridge which is and was then an English Garrison and farther saith nott
