That hee knew the said Donogh oge Carty Liuinge att RingeRone in the yeare 41
<1)> That hee might haue Remoued into the English Quarters as diuers English of his Neighbours did
<2)> That hee Remoued farther into the Irish Quarters and Continued there untill the time of Cessacon
The Cause of this deponents knowledge is that hee Liued Neere him in the yeare 41 and tooke Notice of his Actings and that my Brother had a Custodium granted him of his Estate by the Lord Inchiquin and farther saith Nott
