<Mallow March 7o 1653> Depositions taken Conceringe Rich: Walde of Walds Towne in the Barrony of ffermoy and County of Corke in the yeare 1641
Rich: Williamson of Mallow Gentleman Aged about 45 yeares beinge sworne and Examind: Saith that hee Liued att Mall{ow} in the yeare 41 and that hee knew the afforesaid Walde Liuinge as afforesaid the Same yeare and
<3)> The afforesaid Walde was in Actuall Rebellion the same yeare 42
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee was att the takinge of the afforesaid Castle which was the said Walds of which Castle the said Wald was Gouernor and that hee was Sent prisoner to Corke and Continued there untill hee died and farther saith not
