John Waters of Mallow Aged about 40 years beinge Sworne and Examind Saith that hee Knew the afforesaid Callahane Liuinge as afforesaid the same yeare
That hee was in Actuall Armes with the Eneimy and was Comander of the Irish in this Barrony the same yeare
This deponent Cause of knowledge is that hee beinge a soldier in the Garrison of Mallow and did often see the afforesaid Callahane in the Towne of Mallow from of the Castle and farther saith not
