John Waters of Mallow Aged about 40 yeares beinge Sworne and Examined Saith that hee Liuinge in Mallow in the yeare 41 & Knew the afforesaid Callahane Liuinge as afforesaid the Same yeare
That hee the afforesaid Callahane was in Actuall Armes with the Irish in the yeare 41
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee was a Soldier in the Garrison of Mallow and was often Comanded out of partyes att which time hee often Saw the afforesaid Callahane in Armes & ffarther saith not
