Tho Basley of Mallow Aged about 32 years beinge Sworne and Examind Saith that hee knew the afforesaid Callahane Liuinge as afforesaid in the yeare 41
That hee the afforesaid Callahane was in Actuall Armes and had Comand of A Company in the yeare 41
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee beinge a Soldier of the English partie hath often Since the afforesaid Callahane in Armes against the English Viz went when the English went to Releiue Ballintubber and att Drumdowne and farther Saith not
