John oge Barry of Ballyclogh of Balliclogh in the Barrony of Orrery and County of Corke gent Aged 30 yeares being Duly Sworne & Examined Saith
That the said william fitzRichard Gibbon was in Actuall Armes against the English in the yeare aforesaid
The Cause of this Deponents Knowledge is that the said Gibbons sonne tould him that hee & his father Remoued from Kiltoige aforesaid to Kilmallockie in the County of Limbricke, then a Garrison of the Enymy & further saith Not,
