George Smyth of Dromasladdy in the County of Cavan yeoman being duely sworne before vs his Maiesties Comissioners for this purpose sayth thath he hath beene robbed & dispoyled about the begining of this present Rebellion of soe much goodes as amount to the valew following vizt of Eleven faire English Cattell worth Twenty foure poundes ster. and of household goodes and provision for howse worth Sixteene poundes ster more; being in all fforty poundes ster which were taken away by charles Charles Maganran Esquire & his followers of the Barony of Tallaha & parish Temple Port
