John Barry of Bully Clogh in the Barrony of Orrery of the County of Corke Aged about 30 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith
That the said Dannan was in Actuall Armes with the Eneimy in the yeare 42
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee was prisoner att Corke where the said Dannan was also prisoner & this deponent knew that hee broake the said Dannan broake prisoner & made his Eskape & this deponent went that day that hee the said Dannan made his Eskape to uissite a freind of his that was also prisoner & farther Saith not
