<Bandon Aprill 10th 1654> Deposicions taken Concerning Teige McDonell McPhinen O Mahone liueing in the parish of Kilmurry in the Barrony of Musgrow in the yeare 1641
William Joanes of Bandon in the County of Corke aged about 50 yeares being Sworne & examined saith
<(1> That the said Phinen O Mahone was in actuall Armes in the yeare: 1641:
The Cause of this deponents Knowledge is that hee haue often seene him in actuall Armes who & threatned to hang his servantt & further saith nott
