<Bandon Aprill 14th 1654> Depositions taken Concerning Donnah O Hey liueing at Ballivacky in the Barrony of Carber{y} in the yeare 1641
James Butten of Bandon in the County of Corke aged about 45 yeares being sworne & examined saith
That hee Knewe the said Donnah O Heys (as was reported was his name,) was was in actuall Arm{es} against the State in the said yeare
The Cause of this deponents Knowledge is that hee in the said yeare, being vpon seruice for the State met with the said Heys as his name was reported to bee & was the Cause of his death & ffurther saith nott
