Francis White Doctor in Phissick of the Citty of Dublin Limerick sworne & examined deposeth & saith That he this deponent hath been tould by Peirce Creach fitz Peirce: late Maior & now an Alderman of the Citty of Limrick: that he & one Mr Bartholomew Stackpole Recorder of Limrick were sent & imployed by the then Maior & some of the Citizens of Limerick to repaire to an assembly of the Irish then sitting at Ballyloghreogh in the County of Galway & for [ ] And that they comeing thither accordingly, & he the said Peirs moveing that assembly for a peace or treaty with the English he was then for such motion suspected & accused by Dominick ffanning of Limrick Alderman & not soe well backt therein by his Colleague Mr Stackpole as hee expected or wordes to that purpose
