Att the Boile the viijth day of May 1653
Edmond bane ô Connellan of Boile aforesaid yeoman beinge chardged <E> with the killinge of the within mencioned owen ô Dunncowre sayeth that hee did Come that night (the murther was comitted at the Boile) thether, in Company with the rebells that entred itt & Comitted the same, & as farr as the house where John ô Bruyn dwelt and findeinge noe bodie there returned backe with his said Company but did not kill the said owen, or at that tyme sawe him at all: And farther sayeth nott.
