The examinacion of Nora Keely taken vppon Oath before vs whose names are heare vnderwritten the 2d daye of May 1653 Concerninge the Murtheringe of John O Keely as followeth &c
This examinant deponent sayeth that about three yeares sithence last sroftide, that one Brian O Heely of Culligeare in the County of Roscomon yeoman did Come into the howse of John O Kelly in the Towne & County aforesaid about to the breakeinge of the daye And there drewe forth his sword, And after some woords had passed betwixt the said Brian O Heely And the said John O Keely, that hee the said Brian, gaue A thrust with his swoord into the body of the said John O Keely, of which wounde the said John suddenly after dyed, And the said Brian O Heely perceaueinge what hee had donn, ffled therevppon All which, this deponent deposeth that shee Crediblely heard related by this deponents sister Owney Keely and others,
