The examination of George Perry of Athlone Butcher taken before vs whose names are vnderwritten beinge duly sworne and examined sath./
That about Michalmas which was in the yeare 1642 this deponant was at the faire of Balleneslow wheare hee was in the Companie of one Connor O Boyle (who as this Deponant is <A> informed now dwels att St Jones) wheare hee the said Connor O Boyle did volluntary and in a bragginge manner say that hee did kill one William Hues whoe was a warrener att Athlone or thereabouts, And the Cause of this examinations knowledge is, that hee was present and heard the said Connor Ô Boyle Confesse the same as hee hath deposed and further sayth not.
