<symbol> Myls Phillibine being examined <A> vppon oath agreeth at the same tyme that Collonel Walter Burke did depose concerneing the convayaence of the English & scotch from Beleeck to Sligoe in the beginning of this rebellion he being then a servaunt to the said Collonel Burk, and an eye witnes of all proceedeing in the said Collonel vndertakeing agreeth with the said Collonels deposicion in euery particular only to that passage of the whispering to the said Collonel he knoweth had no certaine knowledge of but what he vnderstood by the effects
