The Examinacion of Andrew Lynch tak aged sixtie yeares or thereabouts taken vpon oath before the Commissioners aforesaid as aboue
Saith that vpon a Sonday on the Euening of that day that the murther was comitted <B> at Shruell, the old Lord of Maio, & Sir Thibbott Burke now Lord of Maio, with Moyler fitz Dauid & Edmond Dooney Burke, Edm: Burke of Loffartane, together with 40 horsemen, & 60 footemen, or thereabouts armed vnder the Commaund of the Lord of Maio in theire passage to Cung where the now Lord of Maio then liued, abode at this examinates house vntill the afternoone on the next day, And further saith that there was some Lynnen deliuered to English boyes at the said house who were stript at

Shruell by some of the said Company which lynnen <C> belonged vnto the said Boyes, And further saith that all those persons whoe were then at his house were present at the Massacre of Shruell and alsoe that the aforesaid Edmond Dooney rid Bocannons horse to the said house which Bocannons was slayne at the murther of Shruell
