The Examination of Margery Brenan sworne and examined sayth that about six weekes sence vpon som discourse betwixt hir and the said Cormock the said Cormock confest that about the begininge of the war neare Donore in an ould towne caled Brackagh Cree wheare was a a wast Cabin. A poore man goeinge <C> by the way went into the Cabin and there found an Englishman in a hutch the said English man desyred him to be sylent, but the poore man cryed, out to the aforesaid Cormock which was in the feild cuting corne with som others and the said Cormock with the rest that weare reapeinge in the feild came into the Cabin and theare found the Englishman and Murthered him.
