Rorie O Mullan, and James O Morran being examined vppon oath
deposeth, and Confesseth that they were toulde by here say, from all the Neighbours, that all the articles, in the anexed paper is true, and specially, that they kept A Carpenter and a Smith in theire Iland and further sayth that the English woman Layed to there chardge, was killed vppon his lands and by the persons herein named, and alsoe sayeth that they kept Capten Ed Laughlin Kelly wife in there Iland, and her husband in accion against the Comon wealth of England And further sayeth not
